A full refund for items delivered incorrectly by Rxpress Care will be issued on the condition that you notify us of the delivery within one (1) day of the receipt of said items.The item(s) must be returned to Rxpress Care unopened and in the original packaging. If the customer is at fault, a refund cost of Php 150 will be charged. Rxpress Care will pick up the returnable items from the customer.
